Rejuvenating Mask and System

COSMION™ is a cosmetic iontophoresis rejuvenating system that has been developed to improve the appearance of uneven pigmentation such as melasma, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and other forms of skin damage associated with photoaging. 

Iontophoresis is a process of moving electrically charged ions across the skin barrier and has long been used by medical professionals to deliver certain medications for treating a wide range of conditions. Cosmion uses micro current technology to create a negatively-charged polarity in the Cosmion Rejuvenating Mask. The mask is powered by a small battery, creating a constant ionic charge. The negatively-charged current generated in the Cosmion Mask works in concert with the specially-formulated Cosmion C Antioxidant Rejuvenating Serum to drive higher levels of the molecules to an effective depth in the skin. Each treatment system offers up to six 60-minute applications of this powerful new antioxidant therapy.

The Cosmion™ Rejuvenating System includes

Facial Cleanser (1 fl. oz.), Iontophoretic Rejuvenating Serum (1 fl. oz.), and Sterilizing Solution (1 fl. oz.).  Designed for those with aging or hyperpigmented skin who want clear, smooth, and firm skin. Vitamin C lightens, brightens, tones, and tightens. Mandelic Acid renews the surface layer of the skin.

The COSMION™ Rejuvenating System may be used alone or in conjunction with other treatments such as IPL (Intense Pulsed-Light), Microdermabrasion or Chemical Peels. 

How to use the COSMION™ Iontophoretic Rejuvenating Facial Mask

Clean face with COSMION™ Facial Cleanser. Pat Dry. Apply 2-3 pumps of COSMION™ C Serum to adequately cover desired treatment area. Lay mask on a clean, flat surface with the COSMION™ label facing down. Remove backing from facial portion of mask only. Using two hands, pick up the mask by the top and place it on your face. Smooth the mask over your face, ensuring a snug fit. Remove backing from the neck patch and apply to the neck. Hold in place for a few seconds until patch is firmly adhered.

Allow your treatment to sink into the skin for 30-60 minutes. You may experience a metallic taste or slight tingling as your serum penetrates, but both are normal, expected sensations.

Remove neck patch and reapply paper backing to neck patch to assure it doesn't come in contact with the gel of the face mask. Remove face mask and lay it sticky side up on a clean, dry surface. Remove backing from neck patch. Spray sticky side of mask and neck patch with COSMION™ Sterilizing Solution. Allow mask to dry for one minute; then reapply paper backing to mask and neck patch. Mask may be used as often as every other day for up to six applications.
